    Pollard-McCall Jr. High School has received a $12,000 grant from the Gulf Coast Resource Conservation and Development Council (R,C, and D) to renovate both the Sarah Finlay Science Center and Nature Trail that were initially installed on their campus with grants from The Finlay Foundation and The Gulf Coast R, C and D. Over the years the installations have become run down and are currently is a state of disrepair. Unlike the criminal defense system, there is no constitutional guarantee of funding for low-income Alabamians who need civil legal assistance.     We agree with Flomaton Councilman Buster Crapps that the majority rules and the wishes of the Flomaton Town Council should be granted. Flomaton has voted twice to approve the sale of alcohol on Sundays in an effort to keep tax dollars from heading to Century.     Four bodies have been found in Texas following the Oct. 8 flashflood that engulfed an RV park on the banks of the Llano River in Junction, Texas. Officials have identified the bodies as Joseph Huss and Mike McGee of Flomaton and Davin Hartman of San Angelo, Texas.
