    MOBILE – U.S. District Judge Kristi DuBose sentenced radio personality Luther Upton to three years of probation for threatening to injure Evergreen policeman Dexter Rudolph on his morning radio show.     A Brewton man arrested June 2 on multiple drug charges involving cocaine, marijuana, oxycodone and methamphetamine now sits in the Escambia County Detention Center on $1.5 million bond.
