    One person is dead, another is hospitalized and the Atmore Police Department is seeking the suspect or suspects in an early-morning shooting Monday. According to Atmore police reports, officers responded to the area of Carver Avenue and King Street about 2:15 a.m. in reference to a shots fired complaint.     A fox and bat in the northern end of Escambia County, Fla., have tested positive for rabies and the Alabama Department of Public Health has confirmed that a bat found in the Flomaton area in Escambia County, Ala., has also tested positive for the disease.
