    One of three people charged with capital murder for the Aug. 12, 2017, murder of a Flomaton couple has pleaded guilty to felony murder and her sentencing date was deferred to Aug. 21, 2024.     A traffic stop for an expired tag Tuesday on old Old Atmore Road in Flomaton sent two people to jail; one for drugs and one who fled the scene with an illegal firearm. Treniece Shuntell Wimes, 35, 115 Swift St., Atmore was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (spice), unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.     A Detroit, Mich., man traveling down Interstate 65 heading to Mississippi to visit relatives was diverted to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton on multiple drug charges, that included trafficking.
