Pansy Willine Bryan, 90, died Thursday, Nov. 7, 2019, in Jay, Fla.
Mrs. Bryan was a native of Tuscaloosa who had resided in Century for the past 60 years. A member of the Bratt First Baptist Church, whee she taught Sunday School and played the piano and organ, she was a former member of the Galloping Gourmet and the Flomaton Research Club and an artist.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Monday, Nov. 11, at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Sanders and Bro. Mitch Harrington officiating. Burial followed at the Byrneville Methodist Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Bryan is survived by three sons, Preston Earl (Williene) Bryan, Jr. of Century, John Kenneth (Charlotte) Bryan of Pace, Fla. and Terry David (Sheila) Bryan of Bratt, Fla.; one sister, Dean Bethea of Pensacola; seven grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
Mrs. Bryan was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Preston Earl Bryan, Sr.; her parents, Locklin Lyall and Jackie (Lewis) Zeigler; and one great-grandchild, Caroline Bryan.
