    A Castleberry woman was charged with felony DUI and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia after she was found passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle on the shoulder of London Road. Angela Charlene Bell, 46, 180 Janice Lane, Castleberry, was booked into the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton Saturday after being released from D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital.     A traffic stop Sunday morning in Riverview led to the arrest of an Alabaster man on misdemeanor drug charges but a computer check revealed the suspect had outstanding felony warrants in Shelby and Jefferson counties.     A Greenville man stopped for speeding was arrested on felony drug charges involving marijuana and Ecstasy. Escambia County Sheriff's Office Deputy Samuel Weeks was on patrol shortly after 8 a.m. Monday driving south on Highway 21 near Poarch Road when he observed a sliver car passing other vehicles heading north.     The town of Century could receive up to $14,700 following Monday's night approval of two resolutions presented by Capital Trust Agency (CTA) for the acquisition of three charter schools in Florida.     Friends of Century resident Eddie Hammond have launched a fundraising campaign to help raise $10,000 to get Hammond a pair of glasses that will give him the ability to see again.
