    An East Brewton woman was arrested on drug charges after receiving an envelope that contained 30 lortab pills in the mail. Lisa King Pritchett, 47, 210 Ball Lane, Lot No. 3, was charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.     Property owners in Escambia County (Ala.) who have not paid their property taxes have until May 16 to pay the taxes, fees and penalties before that property will be put up for sale at public auction beginning at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 17.     A Jay man who was found sleeping behind the steering wheel of his car at a stop sign in Flomaton was arrested on drug charges after officers discovered methamphetamine in his possession. Jimmy L.
