Atmore man faces multiple charges
Domestic dispute escalates; man jailed

An Atmore man was arrested on multiple charges after police were dispatched June 28 to 2940 Highway 31 in reference to a domestic incident that resulted in the man being transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
Hartwood Oliver McMillan III, 33, 2940 Highway 31, was arrested and charged with domestic violence strangulation/suffocation, sexual abuse I, unlawful imprisonment I, domestic violence III and domestic violence criminal mischief.
McMillan appeared before District Judge Eric Coale on June 30 and was issued a $50,000 bond. If released Judge Coale ordered McMillan...
