Judge tosses Bridges lawsuit
Baldwin County judge rules Escambia County Commission had the right to terminate engineer’s employment

A Baldwin County judge dismissed Bill Bridges’ lawsuit against members of the Escambia County (Ala.) Commission and it’s uncertain whether Bridges will appeal that decision.
Circuit Judge Clark Stankoski, who was assigned the case after Escambia County’s two circuit judges recused themself, issued the ruling Monday in Escambia County Circuit Court.
In a one paragraph ruling, Judge Stankoski wrote “Motion to dismiss to pursuant to rule 12 (B) filed by Steven Dickey, Raymond Wiggins, Larry White, Brandon Smith, Karean Reynolds and Escambia County Commission is hereby granted”.
