Accused of stealing truck in E. Brewton
A Brewton man accused of stealing a pickup truck last Tuesday outside the Circle K convenience store in East Brewton was back behind bars Friday morning in Katy, Texas, located just outside Houston.
East Brewton Police Chief Kenny Brazille said his office was notified by officers in Texas that they had detained Jason Earl Wright and wanted to confirm that East Brewton police had warrants for his arrest and to confirm the 1993 Chevrolet pickup truck he was driving had been reported stolen.
