Brynnleigh Rose Capers arrived at 10:35 a.m. Jan. 1, 2023 at D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital in Brewton as the first baby born in the new year in Escambia County. She is the daughter of Kyrstin Hammac and Billy Capers of Flomaton.
