Century kicks off fireworks Friday
East Brewton has full day planned July 4; Poarch shooting fireworks Monday at dark

Monday will be Independence Day this year and local celebrations kick off Friday, July 1 in Century and wrap up with fireworks Monday night in Poarch and East Brewton this year.
Century/Flomaton
The town of Century is hosting the celebration this year with food trucks, vendors, music and Kona Ice will be at Showalter Park in Century starting at 6 p.m., Friday, July 1. The fireworks show will begin after dark.
