Paying tribute to the fallen

Brewton Fireman Dustin Postlewait rang the bell at 8:46 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11, in memory of those lost in the terrorist attacks 20 years ago on Sept. 11, 2001. A large crowd gathered on the lawn of the Escambia County Courthouse in Brewton for a memorial service to honor the fallen and the family members left behind. The bell rang at the time the first plane hit the World Trade Center.
