Accused of sex act with a 2-year old

An Atmore teenager is being held on $200,000 bond after being charged with sexual abuse of a child less than 12 for allegedly having a 2-year old fondle him.
Kevin Dalton Jimenez, 18, 565 Bama Road, Atmore, was arrested earlier this week.
Court records state that the day after his 18th birthday, Jimenez subjected the young child to the sexual act.
Circuit Judge Todd Stearns set Jimenez's bond at $200,000 Monday. If released on bond, Stearns stated in his order that Jimenez is to have no contact with the victim and no contact with any minor children under the age of 16.
If released, Jimenez will be placed under house arrest and only allowed to leave to go to work, to school, to see his attorney or for medical purposes.
