Brewton area man faces SORNA charge

A Brewton area man who was arrested last April for violating Alabama's Sexual Offender Notification Act, now faces four additional SORNA violations and has been jailed on $100,000 bond.

Marcus Devan Paul, 22, who listed his address as 'homeless' during a bond hearing was charged with violating the notification act by not having a valid identification as required by law, changing addresses without notifying authorities, failing to appear in February for his quarterly reporting and was not at his registered address when arrested on March 30.
