Kathy Ann Fuqua Crum

Kathy Ann Fuqua Crum, 68, of Brewton, died Tuesday, Aug. 4, 2020, in a Mobile hospital following a brief illness.

Mrs. Crum was born Jan. 20, 1952, to Houston Dempsey and Donna Day Fuqua, in El Dorado, Kansas. She became a longtime resident of Brewton, where she was a graduate of W.S. Neal High School. Of the Baptist faith, she was a former employee of Vanity Fair and a homemaker.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 8, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Bro. William Joyner officiating. Burial followed at Fuqua-Haveard Cemetery in Brewton with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.

Mrs. Crum is survived by two sons, Bo Minchew of brewton and Clayton Minchew of Moss Point, Miss.; two daughters, Susan Wilson and Sherry Peavy, both of Brewton; one brother, Dempsey Fuqua of Brewton; one sister, Donna Pate of Monroeville, Ala.; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Crum was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Alice Fuqua.
