Daniel “Danny” Ray Hooks, 64, of Pineview, Ala., died Monday, July 20, 2020.Mr. Hooks was born May 29, 1956, to James Fletcher Hooks, Jr. and Mattie Ree Emmons Hooks Welch, in Brewton.A private graveside service will be held at a later date.Mr. Hooks is survived by his wife, Sherry White Hooks of Pineview; and two sons, Ryan Hooks of Pineview and Josh Hooks of Brewton.Mr. Hooks was preceded in death by his parents; his stepmother, Shirley Hooks; and his brother, Mike Hooks.
