Matthew James Johnson, 51, of Brewton, died Monday, May 11, 2020, at Englewood Home Care in Monroeville, Ala.
Mr. Johnson was born June 22, 1968, to James C. and Susan Diane Johnson, in Century, Fla. Of the Baptist faith, he had been a resident of Jay before relocating to Brewton and worked as a brick mason.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother; two brothers, Luke (Renee) Johnson of Brewton and Marc (Lynn) Johnson of Pelham, Ala.; one sister, Marilyn (Chuck) Day of Flomaton; one grandparent, James C. Johnson; and numerous other family members and friends.
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his father; and one grandparent, Lecia Mae Johnson.
