Ceres Stark Rodgers, 95, of Atmore, died Sunday, April 26, 2020, in Atmore.
Mrs. Rodgers was born Nov. 20, 1924, to Stafford and Lura Fouche Stark, in Atlanta, Ga. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, where she served in many capacities.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m., Friday., May 1, at Oak Hill Cemetery with Rev. John Phillips and Rev. Albert Kennington officiating. Burial followed with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Rodgers is survived by three sons, Todd (Deborah) Rodgers of Marietta, Ga., Matthew (Sheri) Rodgers of Navarre, Fla. and Mark (Cynthia) Rodgers of Atmore; eight grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Rodgers was preceded in death by her husband, Henry H. Rodgers, Jr.; her parents; and three siblings, Stafford Stark, Jr., Buell McCutchen and Margaret Rodgers Kemp.
