Tony Lavaine Martin, 81, of East Brewton, died Thursday, Feb. 6,, 2020, in a Pensacola hospice facility following a brief illness.

Mr. Martin was born July 11, 1939 to Otis and Brown Gandy Martin in Butler County, Ala. and had been a lifelong resident of East Brewton. A member of the Pursue Life Church, he was a member of the W.S. Neal High School Class of 1958 and retired from Scott Paper Company.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 11, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Michael Montgomery and Speaker Bernie Raines officiating. Burial followed at Weaver Cemeter...
