Thelma Kate McCall Crutchfield, 90, of Brewton, died Thursday, Jan. 23, 2020, following a brief illness.
Mrs. Crutchfield was born Sept. 24, 1929, in Escambia County, Ala., where she lived all her life. A member of the L Pond Church of Christ, she was a former employee at Judy Bond and West Brothers, retiring as a custodian from W.S. Neal Elementary School.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 28, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Min. Steve Parker and Min. Jared Knoll officiating. Burial followed at Weaver Cemetery in Brewton with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Crutchfield is survived by three sons, Ronnie (Patsy) Crutchfield, Donnie (Ava) Crutchfield and Johnny Crutchfield, all of Brewton; one daughter, Elaine Crutchfield (Tim) Dixon of Bradley, Ala.; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Crutchfield was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Crutchfield.
