R. Lee Roy Wiggins, 92, of Walnut Hill, Fla., died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2019, in Pensacola.
Mr. Wiggins was born Sept. 26, 1927, to Preston and Grace Langford Wiggins in Bratt, Fla. A member of First Baptist Church of Bratt and honorary deacon and past deacon at Walnut Hill Baptist Church, he was a mason, member of the Walnut Hill Ruritan Club for more than 50 years and was the first president of Walnut Hill Water Works.
