Suspect arrested for sexual abuse

The Escambia County (Ala.) Sheriff’s Office was contacted by the Department of Human Resources in reference to allegations between a victim less than 12 and Dustin Gates.
After an Investigation the case was presented to a grand jury for Sexual Abuse of a child less than 12 and Enticing a Child for Immoral Purpose.
Dustin Ray Gates was arrested on Monday, Nov. 18, for Sexual Abuse of a child less than 12 and Enticing a Child for Immoral Purpose and placed in the Escambia County Detention Center. This investigation is still ongoing.
