Frances Wilson Morgan DuBose, 90, of Atmore, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2019.
Mr. DuBose was born April 10, 1929, to Jackson Leroy and Estelle Jones Wilson in Lottie, Ala. She was a member of Presley Street Baptist Church and was a retired bookkeeper from Frank Currie Gin with more than 30 years of service.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 5, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Joseph Simpson and Bro. Dave Taylor officiating. Burial followed at Serenity Gardens Cemetery with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
Mr. DuBose is survived by one son, David (Cindy) Morgan of Megargel, Ala. and Debbie (Johnny) Smith of Atmore; three brothers, Charles Wilson of Atmore and Norman (Francine) Wilson and Danny (Cynthia) Wilson, both of Nokomis, Ala.; six grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
Mr. DuBose was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene “Son” Morgan; her parents; one brother, James Ray Wilson; one great-grandchild; and numerous other family members.
