A dominicker in the bicycle spokes

Sunday afternoons were for playing and sharing time with friends that lived within walking distance to us Smiths. After church and after the dishes were washed, we usually headed out to spend quality time at the house of whomever was on our radar for a good time of playing, or have some over to play at our house. We enjoyed playing at others’ houses because things were more interesting and less restrictive away from home. Buddy and I shared a brother and sister pair that lived south of us.
