Jay man faces drug charges

A Jay man is facing drug and weapon charges after authorities responded to a report of illegal narcotics being used under a bridge.
Jackie Blaine Rogers, 48, 6045 Highway 4, was later identified as the driver of a red pick-up truck reported to law enforcement to be using illegal narcotics parked under the bridge located just east of the intersection of McDaniels Road and Highway 4, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report.
