Marvin Del Mowrey, 55, died Tuesday, August 27, 2019 in Pine Grove, Ala.
Mr. Mowrey was a native of Rapid City, S.D. and former resident of Dothan, Ala. for 40 years who relocated to Pine Grove, where he lived the past four years. He worked as an electrician with Herndon Electric with 30 years of service.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Friday, August 30, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Sis. Helen Stewart officiating.
Mr. Mowrey is survived by his wife of 36 years, Carol Mowrey of Pine Grove; two sons, Charles (Amy) Jowers of Augusta, Ga. and David Lee Mowrey of Dothan, Ala.; four brothers, Gary (Judy) Mowrey and James (Kim) Mowrey, both of Cottonwood, Ala., Timothy (Christina) Mowrey of Pinkard, Ala. and Tony Mowrey of Cowarts, Ala.; one grandchild; and numerous nephews, nieces and other relatives and friends.
Mr. Mowrey was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Evelyn Mowrey.
