A traffic stop August 31 resulted in a Jay man facing one count felony marijuana possession and other charges.
Dexter Darrell Biggs, 42, 4529 Darney Road, was the passenger in a Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Koree Harrington when they were pulled over by law enforcement for failure to maintain a single lane and a busted driver's side tail light in Jay, according to a Santa Rosa County Sheriff's Office report.
When the officer made contact with Harrington, both she and the passenger, identified as Biggs, provided their driver's licenses and insurance, the report said.
