Douglas Bernard Vickery, Sr., 75, died Sunday, May 12, 2019, in Brewton.
Mr. Vickery was a native and lifelong resident of Atmore who owner and operated several stores in the area. A member of Bethel Methodist Church, he was an avid sports fan.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Thursday, May 16, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Kay Vickrey officiating. Burial followed at Oak Hill Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
