Herbert L. “Dale” Cooper, 80, of Atmore, died Tuesday, April 23, 2019 in Atmore.
Mr. Cooper was born May 2, 1938 to Henry and Sue Nixon Cooper in Rabun, Ala. A member of the First Baptist Church of Atmore, he retired from Armstrong World Industry in 1999 with more than 40 years of service.
The funeral was held at 10 a.m., Friday, April 26, at First Baptist Church of Atmore with Revs. Arnold Hendrix and Kevin Garrett officiating. Burial followed at Perdido Baptist Church Cemetery with Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home directing.
