Maxine Pittman, 68, died Sunday, March 31, 2019.
Mrs. Pittman was born Jan. 26, 1951, to Orlando and Annie Lee Pittman in Escambia County, Ala. and attended Southern Normal School and later W.S. Neal High School, where she completed her education. She worked at Harold Mill for more than 15 years and later at the Brewton Motor Inn for 10 years.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 6, at Second St. John Missionary Baptist Church with Revs. M.J. Dailey and Danny Benjamin officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing.
