John Ervin Ward, 68, died Sunday, March 24, 2019 in Brewton, Ala.
Mr. Ward was a lifelong resident of the Brewton area. A member of the East Brewton First Baptist Church, he worked for Poole Oil Co. for several years and enjoyed fishing and other hobbies.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, March 26, at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Bro. Larry White officiating. Burial followed at Union Cemetery with Craver's Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Ward is survived by his wife, Karen Cole Ward of Brewton; one son, Troy Wayne Ward of Brewton; one daughter, Leanne (Kevin) Wilson of Brewton; three brothers, Buddy (Norma) Ward of Huntsville, Stan (Juanita) Ward of Castleberry and Luther (Cindy) Ward of Mobile; one sister, Mary Frances (Bill) Jones of Brewton; two grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
