Ruby Folmar Cruit, 98, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2019.
Mrs. Cruit was born Sept. 14, 1920, in McCullough, Ala. She lived in Huxford, then loved to Atmore, where she lived until 2002, when she moved to Mobile to an assisted living facility. She taught Sunday School for more than 30 years and enjoyed cooking, sewing and helping others.
The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, March 2, at Huxford Baptist Church with Rev. James Boyd officiating. Burial followed at the church cemetery with Johnson Quimby Funeral Home directing.
