MLK Parade, March and Memorial Celebration
Sponsored by The Concerned Citizens of Atmore “Unity in the Community”. With the local theme, “Unity Keeps the Dream Alive” and the national theme, “Remember! Celebrate! Act! A Day on…Not A Day Off.”
The parade will begin at 10 a.m., with line-up at 8:30 a.m., Monday, January 21, from the Houston Avery Park. The parade is sponsored by local businesses and organizations. The parade entry fee is $10.00 per unit with vehicles only and there is no charge for schools, scouts and marchers.
