Robert “R.L.” Morris, 83, of Orange Beach, Ala., died Friday, Dec. 28, 2018.
Mr. Morris was born to John D. and Avie M. Morris of Bay Minette, Ala. He graduated from Baldwin County High School in 1953 and went on to graduate from Auburn University, where he was a member of Sigma Pi Fraternity, with a degree in forestry in 1957. He then joined the U.S. Air Force and later the Air National Guard Reserve. In a career than spanned more than 50 years, he worked for International Paper Company and Thomas J.
