Kari Jo Shultz,
29, died Wenesday, Dec. 12, 2018 in Brewton.
Mrs. Shultz was a native and longtime resident of St. Augustine, Fla. who had been a resident of the Brewton area for the past two years. Of the Methodist faith, she worked with the Escambia County, Alabama Sheriff's Department.
The funeral was held at 12 p.m., Monday, Dec. 17, at the chapel of Craver's Funeral Home with Speaker Larry White officiating. Burial followed at Evergreen Cemetery in St. Augustin at a later date.
Mrs. Shultz is survived by her husband, Justin Shultz of Brewton; her mother, Kimberly McQuaig of Hastings,, Fla.; two brothers, James Beckel and Justin Beckel of St. Augustine; one sister, Amanda Beckel of Greenville, S.C.; and numerous other family members.
Mrs. Shultz was preceded in death by her father, James Bruce Beckel, Sr.
