East Brewton police arrested three people on drug charges and have active felony warrants on a fourth who was found earlier with 10 bags of marijuana.
Winston Eric Burch, 20, 41574 Highway 31, Brewton, was issued a citation for unlawful possession of marijuana II after police responded to a suspicious person complaint Dec. 16.
An officer responded to Curran Circle in East Brewton and made contact with Burch inside his vehicle. The officer reported smelling marijuana and Burch admitted he had marijuana and gave the officer the small bag he had. He was issued a citation and freed from the scene....
