An Atmore man landed in the hospital following a pedestrian versus motor vehicle crash on Ridgely and North Main Street in Atmore Nov. 30.
Brandon Oneal Tedder, 35, was struck by a motor vehicle while he was trying to cross the street, according to an Atmore Police Department press release. The crash happened around 8:30 p.m. on Saturday.
Tedder was transported to Atmore Community Hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries and later released. The motorist was not injured.
Following the investigation, the Atmore Police Department believe Tedder was under the influence when he was struck by the vehicle. Criminal charges are pending.
