A Brewton man found passed out in his vehicle parked at Tri-County Speedway was arrested Saturday night after a deputy sheriff discovered spice inside the vehicle.
Terry Dewayne Beasley, 36, 5035 Hammac Road, Brewton, was charged with unlawful possession of synthetic cannaboids and booked into the Escambia County Detention Center.
