Clinton Dortch, 62, died Thursday, May 24, 2018.
Mr. Dortch was a native of Wilcox County born Dec. 28, 1955, to Will Dortch, Sr. and Bessie Mae Dortch, and resident of Atmore. At a young age, he attended Waymon Chapel A.M.E. Church of Wilcox County.
The funeral was held at 1 p.m., Thursday, May 31, at Christian Care Ministry in Atmore with Pastor James Murphy officiating. Burial followed at Stallworth Cemetery with Christian Memorial Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Dortch is survived by sic sisters, Linda (Claude) Stallworth, Geraldine Phillips, Georgia Dortch, Ella (Cal) Abner, Rosetta (Jerry) Johnson and Earnestine (Ernest) Atkinson, all of Atmore; and numerous nephews, nieces, cousins, friends and other family members.
Mr. Dortch was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Will Dortch, Jr. and Willie Dortch; one grandparent, Alice Murphy; and other family members.
