Joseph “Joe” Leon Smith, 51, died Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in Pensacola.
Mr. Smith was a native and lifelong resident of Flomaton who worked at Service Welding, Charco and H & H. He was an avid outdoorsman.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Sunday, April 15, at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Carden officiating. Burial followed at Green Acres Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home directing.
Mr. Smith is survived by fiance, Cindy Gradeless of Flomaton; two sons, Justin (Tarissa) Smith and Jake (Haley) Smith, both of Brewton; his parents, Leon (Kim) Smith of Flomaton and Carole (Don) Hamilton of Atmore; two brothers, Jeff (Laura) Taylor and Mike (Serese) Taylor, both of Flomaton; two sisters, Kay (Reo) Pugh of Flomaton and Angie Taylor of Century; and two grandchildren.
Mr. Smith was preceded in death by four grandparents, Hosie and Willie Vaughan Smith and Lou and Bertha Bondurant.
