Hollie Wayne Thrower, 88, died Monday, March 12, 2018 in Atmore.
Mr. Thrower was a native of Trenton, N.J. who had resided in Atmore for the past 70 years. A veteran of both WWII and the Korean War, he was of the Methodist faith.
Following a private family service, burial was at Walnut Hill Cemetery with Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral home directing.
Mr. Thrower is survived by one son, A.L. “Snake” Thrower of Atmore; one daughter, Sharon Thrower of Dayton, Texas; one brother, Robert Glenn Thrower of Walnut Hill, Fla.; and five grandchildren.
