Marjorie Marsa Leah Wellman Belanger, 84, of Brewton, died Sunday, March 4, 2018.
Mrs. Belanger was born March 10, 1933 to Benjamin Harrison and Myrtle Valentine Wellman in Houston. Her family returned to Florida where she grew up, in Lake Worth and West Palm Beach. She married Bryan J. Belanger in 1950 and had two children. She was a homemaker and a good friend to all who knew her.
The funeral was held at 12 p.m., Saturday, March 10, at Crossroads Community Church with Jay Chapel directing.
Mrs. Belanger is survived by one daughter, Vickie Lynn Belanger (David) West of Berrydale, Fla.; one sister, Ada Wellman Baker of West Palm Beach; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
Mrs. Belanger was preceded in death by her husband; her parents; one son, Bryan Belanger, Jr.; and seven siblings.
