­Angie Lee Lett

Angie Lee Lett, 28, of Evergreen, died Sunday, Feb. 4, 2018.

Miss Lett was born Dec. 15, 1989 to James Lewis and Ola Lett in Monroeville, Ala. Known to family and friends as “Tick,” she grew up in Vredenburgh, Ala. until she was 15. Attending first J.F. Shields High School in Beatrice then Hillcrest High School in Evergreen, she worked in the food service industry.

The funeral was held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 13, at Savannah Baptist Church in Beatrice. Burial followed in the church cemetery with Christian Memorial Funeral Home of Evergreen directing.

Miss Lett is survived by one son, Jamarrion Thomas; three brothers, Adam (Felecia) Lett, Calvin (Nakisha) Lett and Alvin (Kiara) Lett; four sisters, Patricia (Jesse) Lett, Anna Lett (Terrance) Black, Denise (Antoine) Lett-Fenner and Malayia Castophney; one grandparent, Hilma Lett; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and other family members.

Miss Lett was preceded in death by two grandparents, Willie and Mary Lewis; and numerous other family members.
