Alice Renee Buckhault Howell, 53, of East Brewton, died Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017 in a Mobile hospital after a brief illness.
Mrs. Howell was a native of Benton, Ark. and a long time resident of East Brewton. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith.
The funeral was held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 27, at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Sister Brenda Watson officiating. Burial followed at Wildfork Cemetery in Brewton with Williams Memorial Funeral Home directing.
Mrs. Howell is survived by her former husband, David Howell of East Brewton; two sons, Chris Hampton of Colorado and Jimmy Buckhault; six daughters, Alicia Huber of Evergreen, Amber Maravilla of California, Tracie Rogers of Utah, Allene (Jonathan) Summers of Lenox, Ala., and Rachael Howell and Latasha Howell, both of East Brewton; two sisters, Angela (Greg) McCall of Castleberry, Ala. and Barbara (Nelson) Bradley of Lenox; 13 grandchildren; and other family members.
Mrs. Howell was preceded in death by one daughter, Lacie Espinozia; her mother, Regina Self; and one sister, Rachel Buckhault.
