A 22-year old Atmore resident who was convicted in July, 2020, for enticing an 8-year old for immoral purposes is back in the Escambia County Jail on two counts of violating Alabama's Sexual Offender and Notification Act.

Court documents show Robert Lee Stabler, 215 Virginia Drive, was 19-years old when he was charged with enticing a minor for immoral purposes. He was arrested again for failing to follow the protocol of being a registered sexual offender. After his arrest, he was jailed this week and given a $50,000 bond during a hearing Tuesday before District Judge Eric Coale.
