Have your seat waiting for all five Flomaton home football games
The Flomaton Quarterback Club is offering reserved spots at the stadium for the Hurricanes’ five home games during the 2022 season which kicks off on Aug. 19.
The reserved seats at the stadium will be painted and numbered. The cost is $150 for the bottom 13 rows and $200 for the top 13 rows. The price includes the tickets for each game which will be available at the ticket booth before each home game.
Swan Chavers, secretary of the quarterback club, said the decision to sell reserved seating was for multiple reasons.
“We have people who always say they want to help but do not know how to help,” Chavers said. “This gives everybody the same opportunity.”
She said the money collected will be spent on travel, feeding and other expenses associated with the football team and the cheerleaders.
She also said she’s heard from people who have trouble walking up the stairs to find a seat and this way they can reserve a seat lower and it will be ready for them when they arrive.
Chavers did note that the reserved seats are for the five regular season home football games. The Alabama High School Athletic Association does not allow reserved seating for playoff games.
A deadline has been set at Aug. 8 for people to reserve their stadium seats. Anyone interested in reserving a seat for the upcoming football season can go to the Flomaton High School Quarterback Club Facebook page and leave a message. Someone from the quarterback club will get back to you.
Chavers also said if people have questions, they can call the high school at 251-296-2627.
