Ivey in Brewton to greet Provalus

IT company opens up its new complex

Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey was in Brewton Wednesday morning for the official ribbon cutting of the new Provalus complex in downtown Brewton.

Provalus General Manger Will Ruzic said with the new building, Provalus now has more than 50,000 square feet in the total complex.

Provalus is an Information Technology outsourcing company that currently has about 200 employees with the idea of increasing the number of jobs to about 400.

Ruzic said the new facility will allow the company to house additional employees and the company is seeking new employees every day.

"We provide the training," Ruzic said. "People don't have to have IT experience, we will train them.
