Parades, other events are coming soon
With the holiday season just around the corner, towns in the area are planning tree lightings, parades and everything in between to kick off the season. Here are a few events in the area starting soon.
Atmore
The Jingle Bell Walk will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2, in the downtown Atmore business district.
Santa in the Park will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 2. at First National Bank and Trust Park on Main Street. The Christmas Tree Lighting will take place at 6:30 p.m. in the bank's park.
