Already jailed for child neglect; arrested for sex abuse of a child

A Century couple who were arrested Oct. 20 with two other individuals for child neglect due to the living conditions of the property now each face felony charges of sexual abuse in the home.
Michael Tracy Tedder, 29, was arrested Oct. 28 and charged with felony sexual assault on a minor under the age of 12 and Tabitha Rolin Tedder was arrested Nov. 5 and charged with felony failure to report child abuse within the home following an investigation, according to an Escambia County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office report.
